Slicers Overview

Industrial slicers deliver precise, high-volume cutting of meat, poultry, cheese, vegetables, and frozen blocks for consistent portioning in delis, ready meal production, and further processing, reducing waste and labour while meeting uniformity standards.

Available in manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic models, they range from gravity-fed deli units (10-12" blades) to continuous-feed aerodynamically-shaped slicers handling 500-4000 kg/hour at thicknesses of 0.5-50 mm, often with bone detection, safety interlocks, and easy-clean designs for IP washdown compliance.
