Tumblers Overview

Vacuum tumblers massage marinades, cures, or phosphates into meat/poultry for enhanced tenderness, flavour penetration, and yield (up to 30% brine uptake), ideal for bacon, hams, or whole birds in food processing.

Drum capacities range 150-5000L with variable rotation (2-15 rpm), vacuum levels (up to 95%), cooling jackets, and internal baffles for gentle tumbling over 30-120 min cycles, in hygienic stainless steel.
