LOMA CW3 CHECKWEIGHER

The LOMA CW3 is a versatile dynamic checkweighing system widely used in food and pharmaceutical production lines to ensure packs meet weight regulations like BRC, IFS, OIML R51, and MID standards.

It features a full-colour touchscreen interface, stores up to 500 product setups for quick changeovers, and includes automatic mean weight correction to reduce giveaway while rejecting under/over-weight items via air blast, pusher, or diverter.

Built in 304 stainless steel (IP65/IP66 rated) with brushless motors and high-capacity loadcells, it handles speeds up to 115-120 m/min on belts from 200-400mm wide, line heights 750-950mm (±50mm), and capacities up to 12kg (model-dependent accuracies ~±0.3-0.6g), operating reliably from 0-40°C.
