Ruhle IR59 Injector

The Rühle IR59 is a high-capacity industrial brine injector designed for uniform curing and marination of meat, poultry, and fish products in food processing plants.

It features two rows of 29 and 30 stainless steel needles, a powerful centrifugal pump delivering 0.3–4.2 bar pressure, and adjustable injection rates from 3% to 80% based on product weight, with speeds up to 48 strokes per minute for outputs of 4000 kg/hour.

Key specs include a clear opening of 720 x 280 mm, dual 345 mm wide conveyor belts, Mini-IPC touch control for precise settings (stroke rate, feed 20/30/40 mm, brine mixing), stainless steel construction (IP54), and 400V/10.1 kW power with dimensions of 1296 x 1952 x 1319 mm at 760 kg.
